Responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, and presenting candidates for hiring for the client using job boards, client ATS and social networking sites.2. Proper co-ordination with the Operations Recruiters3. Responsible for matching the skills of employees to customer requirements.4. Take ownership of the Discovery Process for each requisition ensuring critical knowledge transfer to successfully complete on requirements.5. Evaluation and Documentation of generated resumes to create "long list" of candidates to present back to client hiring teams. 6. Worked on the verticals likewise IT, Finance, Administration, Customer care, etc.7. Worked as a part of team coordinating the best way to achieve the given target.8. Responsible for matching the skills of employees to customer requirements9. Ensure regular communication with clients teams to track progress on submissions & role completion.10.
