• Maintain salary related data in Input file• Calculate night shift allowance for all eligible employees• Calculate Leaves & working on attendance for all employees• Process leaves encashment on year end for all live employees• Update CTC for new joiners and Salary revision employees• Finalize Full and Final settlement for left employees• Maintain New Joinee details on regular basis• Generate UAN number and ESIC number for new employees• Approve Claim transfer for Current employees using DSC• Update Last working date for left employees on PF Portal• Update and approving KYC for live employees on PF Portal using DSC• Validate Investment proof Documents for Actual Income tax calculation on yearly basis• Statutory compliance payment & returns like PF, ESIC, PT and LWF• Maintain compliances tracker on monthly basis• Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company's policies• Applied effective time management techniques to meet tight deadlines.

• Validate input data received from client HR coordinators• Upload Input data in Precision software (Payroll software) and validate each report generated by the System manually• Reports includes Salary Register, CTC Report, Tax checking Report, Investment Proof Report, Location wise PT report, TDS Report, Employee master and Reimbursement Report• Preparing Full & Final settlement templates of resigned employee• Preparing Bank file in client format• Ensuring Live pay slips and Tax sheets are available to the Client’s Employees on our portal Preparing MIS reports including Professional Tax, Provident fund, ESIC etc.• Calculate ESPP perquisite & RSU perquisite for tax and prepare ESPP and RSU letter• Preparing quarterly form 24• Validate Investment proof Documents for Actual Income tax calculation on yearly basis• Solving Help Desk queries relating to Payroll and taxation• Maintain the good relationship with client.
