System Teams engineer in the Lube and cooling Team.Work focused mainly on design, development and Validation of Breather and Lube & Cooling system components.

I completed my Campus Hire Rotation Program in three different roles for a period of 3 months in each rotation:A) Design engineer in the Lube and Cooling system. In this role, my work was focused on the design and development of Water pump and Lube pump along with the assessment of various parameters that affect the entire cooling and lubrication system.B)Analysis team:1D GT Analysis In this rotation, my work was focused on understanding the basics of the GT Analysis and learning the software which is required for performing the 1D simulations of teh cooling and lubrication system.C) Test Operations: Machine and Vehicle Integration Centre In this rotation, I got an opportunity to learn and lead the vehicle repowering and redressing activity. Also got an overview of functioning of ECM, Calterm, Portable Emission Measurement System, Data loggers ,etc.

I worked in the Lube and Cooling system in Engine Business Unit. My work consisted of optimizing the cooling system layout along with the selection and development of centrifugal water pump.

Studied heat transfer in Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar setup using ANSYS,MATLAB,FEAST and Analytical method.Proposed an IR Furnace model and suitable thermal insulators were researched and experimented.
