Bank Operationsa) Take up the responsibility of managing all the existing bank accounts including Corporate bank account and grant accountsb) Responsible for activation of any new bank accounts pertaining to any grant scheme by adhering to the Authorised signatories as approved by the board in its resolutionc) Generation of monthly bank account statements for accounting of reciepts & payments to the finance team & generating NEFT payment details report to the finance team for documenting expenditures as when payments are disbursedd) Coordinating with bank for any matters relating to modification of any authorised signatory and timely salary account activation for new joinees3. General Administrationa) Crete a steady flow of rental revenues from the Coworking facilities, Event centers & Technical infra/hardware prototying facilitiesb) Coordinate all the aspects of invoicing, payments, scheduling, managing internal operations to ensure timely & effective readiness & management of facilitiesc) Coordinate the travel & accommodation requirements of employees and guestsd) Follow-up for outstanding payments including Coworking & other payments from clients on a monthly basise) Track & manage payablesf) Vendor management comprising of Onboarding, Contracting, Invoicing, termination etc.g) Managing Coworking leads
