Contingent workforce coordinator@Apple MSP-Complete weekly deliverables as outlined in the standard operating procedure (SOP) and ensure to adhere to them. -Perform contract extension for contigent workers at Apple.- Make necessary and timely updates in our vendor management tool- WAND.- Provide weekly reports to CSC team and Program managers on different parameters. -Monitor and maintain client and personal inbox. -Ensure to meet company SLA's. -Tracking down and organising email transactions with client managers and vendors. - Organize 1-1 webex calls with candidates to check in and take feedback. - Update multiple sharedrive trackers with required info. - Raise tickets over internal support and apple support for various issues of candidates.

• Accountable for accurate completion of the new hire paperwork and personnel files.• Ensure the completion and accuracy of all pre-employment processes and forms (including I-9 e-verification report) according to the policy and guidelines, while maintaining data integrity.• Works on strong deadlines to improvise on-boarding and deliver candidates on time. • Identifies common on-boarding problems and proposes changes which helped increasing the quality of on-boarding across the company.• Maintains information on the Applicant Tracking System (CATS) and other Human Resource Information Systems (eHRIS).• Communicates with internal resources and outside vendors regarding pre-employment requirements, including background checks, fingerprinting, drug tests, etc.• Leads on-boarding for all states in the United States & Canada. Performs work in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company policy per management direction.• Responsible ensuring all candidates are in 100% compliance with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) compliance guidelines.• Resolving any queries from consultant after their start on project regarding their pay checks, project etc.• Work with Legal & Compliance, Background Check agencies, Human Resources Business Partners, and Building Access to make sure that new hires are on-boarded compliantly.• Deliver a superior new hire experience by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the pre-employment on-boarding process.• Interact with new hires, Recruiters, Recruiting Managers, and other areas of Human Resources as needed. Spend dedicated time working the new hire on phone line.

• Partner closely with recruiting managers and business leaders to execute to hiring goals and targets.• Constantly improve recruiting processes, existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.• Understand key requirements and develop sourcing strategies to ensure strong candidate flow that will deliver key results.• Manage all phases of candidate interviews including phone interviews, on-site interviews, and debrief meetings• Develop metrics and reporting to drive continued process and strategy improvement.• Stay abreast of market trends.• Sourcing and screening resumes through Job Portals, LinkedIn and Social Media basis proper understanding of Job roles.• Effective first level screening and interviewing candidates to assess skill and cultural fit• Consult & Build a Sourcing & Interviewing plan for every open position• Work with clients by presenting them qualified candidates for existing and future requirements• Engage with Candidates post Offer release and continue engagement with candidates till they join• Explore direct sourcing methods to find qualified passive candidates.• Managing and evaluating external recruiting agencies.
