● Search generic job boards, industry specific job boards and coordinate with vendors to find consultants for fulltime and contract hires and contract positions.● Interview, Prescreen, ensure availability and present consultants to client Hiring Team/Project Manager for further discussions● Dealing with all types of skill sets as per the client requirement● Provide at least 2 good/ qualified resumes per requirement.● Coordinating with the Consultants through email/phone.● Finalizing for the rate & Schedule for interviews.● Clear understanding of the Confidential processes/ techniques and various IT technologies. Signing and faxing the Confidential ’s Non-Compete Agreement to the Vendors before scheduling the interview to our consultants.● Maintaining comprehensive candidate database.● Maintaining weekly report for client submissions and client interviews.● Experienced working with Different Tax Terms like W2, Corp to Corp, and 1099.● Prior experience in Report Generation, Resume Formatting and Job Posting.● Strong Communication skills (Written & Verbal) with excellent Telephonic Etiquette.● Good communication and interpersonal skills● Proven ability to work in a deadline driven and dynamic environment
