Santiago is a consultant for FI Consulting’s project to design and implement a corporate deal management system for NewPoint Real Estate Capital, a rapidly emerging, technology-driven commercial real estate financing company formed through a joint venture between Meridian Capital Group, Barings, and Stone Point Capital. Santiago helped build the NewPoint Deal Management System, a robust PowerApps application that can track data regarding commercial real estate deals and loans.Santiago is a developer on FI Consulting’s implementation of its Program Investment Manager (PIM) software for the Department of Treasury’s State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI), which provides a combined $10 billion to states, the District of Columbia, territories and Tribal governments to fund dmall business capital access programs. Program Investment Manager, FI’s proprietary, end-to-end product enables government agencies to manage their loan and grant programs from applications through closeout. PIM is being configured and deployed to support SSBCI’s portfolio management, compliance, and reporting actives.
