S.E. Greene (a.k.a. Sr Verde) is a carpenter who figured out how to borrow money, run a successful business and deliver on the goods and services surrounding that trade! After many years of scratching around in the real estate industry, “hacking” and figuring out what best suited him, and what best fit the immediate market, he stumbled upon real estate development. The driving force behind this turn in the road had a singular purpose; to fulfill his own lot inventory needs in a market where others couldn’t support his momentum. Fast forward to today and you’ll find him primarily vision casting and leading the strategic investment and acquisitions at the head of a successful multi-million dollar real estate development company, as well as serving as CEO for eighty8 realty, a comprehensive model real estate firm headquartered in Texas.Aside from his successful foundation in real estate, he is currently working towards launching many new endeavors that scratch his own itch and revolve around some of his deepest passions.
