o Serve on the division executive team and assist in setting division policyo Work with clients and their subscribers as their advocate for a wide variety of public safety communications efforts including operational and technology assessments, procurements, implementations and planning. Examples include staffing, business processes, quality assurance and organizational assessments, state, multi-county, county and local PSAP consolidation, Next Generation 9-1-1 planning, CAD, RMS, mobile data, radio (LMRS), 9-1-1 answering equipment assessments and procurements, LMRS assessments and procurementso Serve as a senior project manager and lead cross-functional project teams and direct reportso Develop operational performance metrics and assist our clients in implementing them.o Collaborate with diverse internal teams and business development to identify the best solutions for our clients.o Serve as a subject matter expert in the areas of public safety communications / 9-1-1 operationso Ensure that project work is done according to contracts and scope and within schedule and budget and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.o Manage/monitor budgets and financial reports
