My roles involve Project co-ordination, Pre-Sales Meetings, Working with the sales team to design the right customer solution, ordering SIP Trunks and Arranging Customers Porting Requirements. Customer Support Role to make sure we hit our SLA's and to keep customers updated. Implementation of Shoretel Unified Communications Systems including IM,Collaboration and designing and implementation of the Shoretel Enterprise Contact Centre Solution along with the Shoretel mobility platforms, all of these requires a good knowledge of both Microsoft and Apple operating systems, and a good understanding of networking requirements.Implementing both traditional Samsung Telecommunications Systems and VOIP solutions including Call Management software and also integrating into other vendors equipment using 3rd party TAPI applications
