I serve the team at ACV as Sr. Director, GTM. In this role I incubate, launch and help build new lines of business from idea to inception partnering across our teams, building out the go-to-market motion and ideal customer profile and ensuring that our product teams iterate off of a diverse set of customer feedback. My teams focus on four key pillars: new product activation, our guarantee product as well as vehicle pricing, regional playbooks and non-traditional customer offerings.As a leader of leaders I strive to create a culture of feedback and kindness where I'm not the star-the people on my team are. I've been fortunate enough to be part of many firsts at ACV: First BDR Manager, First leader of our client services and major accounts teams, and our first Director of GTM. Building lines of business and teams from 0 to 1 is my passion and I've been trusted and allowed to build the skills to do that alongside many great teammates.
