I have been with Atchison County for 6 years now and I’m looking for something a bit more challenging for my next role. I have a variety of skills with a strong emphasis on customer service satisfaction, which comes naturally to me partly because of my personality. I work quickly and efficiently. As Field Appraiser one of the projects I was responsible for was to document, maintain and report applications for the Neighborhood Revitalization Program. I simplified the reporting process from 2 weeks into 3 days with the upmost importance of ensuring only a very high level of accuracy. As the Residential Sales Coordinator I created and developed new professional working relationships with homeowners in Atchison County. I recorded accurate and fresh information from taxpayers making them feel valued and heard while answering their questions and caring about their concerns. This new information allowed the county to better distribute tax dollars by having access to accurate data in order to stay in compliance with their values during the unpredictable surge of the housing market. I have a variety of experience working in different professional roles. My prior position was a Supervisor for the Dollar Tree account where I was responsible for maintaining communication and new developments within my team, the client, customers as well as our employer. As Supervisor I led a team to work together supporting each other through difficult situations. The environment was fun, uplifting and growing in sales. The importance was on honesty and integrity and this was communicated, which contributed to a high level of satisfaction to both team members and customers.I have extensive experience with critical thinking, conflict resolution and maximizing effective communication. Currently I am pursuing a role where I could help people and truly feel like what I’m doing is making a difference. I also have experience in the appraisal industry and am available for remote service. I learn quickly and am dedicated to efficiently maximizing results for the satisfaction of your customers.
