With over 20 years of experience in the technology space — with extensive experience in telecom and banking — I have developed a robust skill set in business case development, capital management, effective prioritization, and roadmap development.During my tenure, I've spearheaded digital credit card product launches that have increased acquisition volumes and created new benefits for our customers through strategic internal and external agreements. These collaborations include partnerships with other business units such as wireless, residential, and insurance.One of my most notable achievements is the creation and scaling of a new team structure within the organization, which has successfully attracted new talent while retaining and motivating existing key personnel. I also led impactful projects such as the new credit card value proposition and the digital credit card instant issuance, demonstrating my ability to drive innovation and deliver results.My extensive background in the telecom industry, covering production support, strategic projects, and key lines of business like wireless and residential product lines, has greatly shaped my approach in the banking sector.
