Established in 2005, the International Centre for Culinary Arts – ICCA Dubai is a first of its kind industry-centered Vocational Education Training (VET) Centre in the Middle East that services over 86% of the top Hospitality brands in the UAE and has trained over 6000 students in the field of Culinary Arts.Being extremely passionate about product management, brand awareness and demand generation, my team and I played a critical role in contributing towards the growth of several products using traditional as well as online marketing channels to increase brand awareness, product demand and revenue for the company.My key responsibilities included -1. Website- Maintaining CMS & Landing Pages- SEO Keyword Research and Analysis- Improving User Funneling & Conversion Rate Optimization2. Campaigns (Brand Awareness & Performance Marketing)- Creative Conceptualization- Campaign Plan, Budget, Distribution Channels and KPIs- Managing and Updating Advertising Assets 3. Content - Contributing to the Blog- Keyword Research- Creating personalized content for Target Audiences - Analyzing content consumption on Social Media platforms - Overseeing Marketing Communications on Social Media and Blog- Content Distribution and Promotion4. CRM & Automation- CRM Triggers- Email Campaigns- Lead Nurturing with Automated Email Workflows- Database Management5. Events- Assisting in developing Engagement-Driven Activations- Coordinating with 3rd Parties for Marketing and Branding Collateral- Assisting in Product launches & Co-branded Activations.
