I am a strategic Finance and Operations Executive, with a 15+-year track record of designing and implementing effective plans that drive performance of high-growth and legacy companies. I deploy technology to automate business processes, monitor/predict profitability, identify cash flow needs, and power efficiency. From an early age, I have always loved puzzles. Essentially, I look at a company’s financial and operations performance as a complex puzzle. By applying my analytical and problem-solving skills, I provide cost-effective and creative solutions to a variety of business issues, including tax planning and growth strategies. I understand the constraints small businesses face and how to solve their profitability puzzle for today and tomorrow.Currently, I am a partner at Saddock Companies, a financial services firm that specializes in family office and financial consulting to high-net worth individuals and entrepreneurs. In each client engagement, I blend my natural curiosity with a deep understanding of how financials work—and how financial information can be used to make better decisions for everything from cash flow and capital needs to M&As. At Saddock, I recently designed an inventory ordering process that enabled a manufacturing company to achieve $7M valuation from Whitley Penn in its second year. Additionally, I created a predictive financial model for a $1B company to project the tax burden to shareholders and plan for necessary cash outflows. Prior to joining Saddock, I was CFO/COO of $20M online ticket brokerage. In that role, I managed the company’s financial position and directed operations for premier events in the US and abroad, such as the Masters and the Olympics. My achievements include leveraging a newly designed financial model to secure a $750K line of credit to support growth initiatives and integrating the company’s legacy IT system with Salesforce.com after it merged with a travel agency.
