• I have a broad knowledge of Quality or Food management systems. I have designed Quality and Food Management Systems in different sectors in the manufacturing industry. I have worked closely with CCIG, WHA and SHEQ services in implementing Quality and Food manufacturing systems over the past 18 years. I have extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing / World Class manufacturing and I am an accomplished Yellow belt in specialized problem solving and risk assessments. I have certified and trained knowledge of the following standards ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 14000, SANS 049, HACCP and PAS223. • Maintaining certification is always great, however Focus and Continual improvement are always key factors to any successful operation. Having said this, I have been involved in many PIPs {Profit Improvement Projects} and I am currently finishing of my practical in Green Belt. Specialized problem solving is one of my strengths. The ability to foresee potential vulnerabilities are key aspects to my management style. Having to build quality into the product rather than inspecting quality into the product are key elements of a long term sustainable business. • I am a strong believer in process flows and effective management systems and programmes.
