I was accountable for maintaining and supporting our hosted Exchange environment, public cloud infrastructure (using System Center Products) and data-center equipment and act as an escalation resource for technical support.I helped stabilize the Exchange environment, introduce high availability and helped meet the 99.9% SLA.
