Solution Delivery Manager
Current• Effectively manage a book of business with about 20+ customers while monitoring project quality, timeline, budget, risk and performance• Lead technical implementation of customer projects, evaluate feasibility, cost, scheduling, and other success criteria• Work closely with testing services to develop a successful test plan for test case creation, recruiting testers and overall testing focus.• Act as the first escalation point to ensure customer satisfaction and execution success• Perform retrospective analysis of projects, provide and implement recommendations• Accountability for customer communications, including meetings, presentations, and status reports• Maintain the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for overall business success• Partner with sales to identify and support growth opportunities, and/or connect them with champions to build/strengthen relationships
