About Simona Sandu-Heim

With nearly 16 years of experience at Microsoft, I've had the privilege of building my skills as a strategic planner, digital transformation specialist, and consultative sales expert. Throughout my career, I've been passionate about crafting strategic visions and navigating organizations through the complexities of digital transformation.I gave up corporate life, for bread, at 40. Together with a wonderful team of passionate people, I co-founded and I am running the operations for opening a new Bakery and Canteen in Bucharest a.k.a. Gluten Glory. I am handling HR, primary accounting, regulatory relations, worksite, branding, IT, I am the company's secretary and my own manager, while my partners are also my managers. Entrepreneurship is complex and I keep on learning real life every day. It feels awesome. And occasionally scary.
