As the intern for the Design Department, I worked on two sales - Carlo Scarpa: Visions in Glass, a single owner sale, and VO Design, the annual June sale for Design. To prepare consignments, I created market-share spreadsheets for current Design sale data as well as previous Christie’s and competitor sale results. I also tracked sale interest and produced.

I conducted a campus-wide inventory of over 5,000 works of art previously documented in the 1970s. To streamline this process I created and implemented a university wide systematic protocol addressing ownership, conservation, research, providence, etc. of campus art, including but not limited to works on paper, sculptures, plaques, and artifacts.

I liaised between students, their families, and staff to provide logistic support for teen programs. This involved tracking records of gifts for the annual Gala and the year’s progress and achievements in teen programs.
