I am actively engaged as a Doctoral Researcher pursuing my PhD in Welding at the same esteemed institution, SASTRA. My research work focused on the fascinating field of Magnetically Impelled Arc Butt (MIAB) welding. My expertise includes proficiency in AutoCAD, Solidworks, ANSYS, and metal characterization techniques. Successfully completed the patent related to my research domain, which is innovative for plate welding technique.Furthermore, my research interests extend to integrating metal additive manufacturing with sustainable machining, allowing me to explore innovative and eco-friendly approaches in this domain.

I began my research career as a Junior Research Fellow at SASTRA University. I learned the magnetostatic simulation in ANSYS for the Magnetically Impelled Arc Butt (MIAB) Welding. During this time, I successfully developed an in-house MIAB welding set-up within the School of Mechanical Engineering at SASTRA.

I began my career as a Project Trainee in cylinder block machining, particularly in automatic grading and marking machines. Subsequently, I was responsible for designing a layout for the crankcase LH for 3 Wheeler parts. Awarded for adopting the back boring tool in crankcase LH machining, which enhances line efficiency and reduces the cycle time.Key points:-1. Waste Elimination - Lean Manufacturing for cylinder block machining.2. Root Cause Analysis of Non-Conformance in the process by Why-Why analysis.3. Machining Layout Creation for New Cell.4.
