Sarah’s background lies in operations and marketing. She is responsible for overseeing and executing the operational and administrative functions of the company. Her role requires her to continuously develop and improve strategies and processes for better operational management. Her previous position in Rhombus Connexion as the General Manager of Western Division requires her to handle the entire operational matters of the division. Her portfolio also requires her to handle the expansion of the business via licensing opportunities. Prior to the service industry, Sarah worked for Walter Rhodes, a business advisory firm. A large part of her role with Walter Rhodes entails coordinating the company’s Global SSO Centres in Malaysia, China, and Vietnam and acting as the main liaison between the hubs. She also acts as the project manager and led a team for the execution of new and current clients of the Global SSO Centres where she assists the companies in planning new business models and establishing links with potential partners and clients.
