Global capability leader for Global Source-to-pay Transformation at DIAGEO. In my previous role, I was leading the Global Applications CoE for Procurement (Coupa), T&E (SAP Concur), SAP (Manufacturing & Source-to-pay) and Transportation applications. Enabled business processes using Salesforce service and commerce cloud solutions. Established new capability for packaged solutions which are developed using open-source stack, hosted on public cloud platforms and connected to cyber command centre for real-time threat monitoring.Enabled business processes through chatbots by leveraging conversational AI.

Worked as Enterprise Applications Manager at Juniper Networks and was responsible for solution design, business enablement and application support of PTP and RTR processes implemented on SAP.

As SAP business transformation lead I was responsible for driving the execution of the business transformation design in Procure-to-pay and Record-to-report processes and was directly or indirectly involved in the transformation of the Global Finance and Procurement processes using various best-in-class software applications. Key achievements:-Turned-around the Enterprise payments transformation project with Citibank and Bank of America for 40 plus countries across Asia, North America, Latin America and Europe (SAP) over a period of 3 years. This solution supports annual payments processing worth over 3 billion US dollars.-Spearheaded the commercial cards implementation project for North American region with Citibank.- Automation of invoice processing including T&E by implementing VIM by Open-text, Concur and Evaluated Receipts Settlements (ERS).

Was responsible for providing advisory services for financial process controls transformation. Worked as IT Lead consultant on a multi-million euro project with a global consumer products major (CPG) which involved financial process controls implementation on SAP ECC, and establishing monitoring capability of these controls on SAP-GRC PC.The scope of my work included 50 plus countries and four end-to-end processes (RTR, OTC, PTP & MTD).

-Worked as a core team member of the global SAP implementation project.- Ownership of solution design and delivery in the areas of SAP General Ledger, Accounts Payable,Accounts Receivable, Taxation, Inter-company transactions and reconciliation, Product costing, Global corporate payments integration with Citibank.

- Was part of SAP America's core Financials team (FICO) that was implementing SAP at Rockwell.- Design and implementation of Stock - transport - orders on SAP to enable low cost manufacturing in the US-Mexico border area (Maquiladora)- Enterprise payments solution design & integration for North America region between SAP & CITIBANK.- Was responsible for configuration, testing and deployment of solutions in the areas of SAP General Ledger, Accounts payable and Accounts receivable. In addition, also worked extensively on integration of Finance with Materials Management and Sales & Distribution.
