Develop and maintain relationships with automotive corporate engineering and all local assembly and stamping plants. Work with plant personnel to design engineered solutions for automation and production needs. Work with multiple product manufacturers to achieve approval for placement on preferred vendor specification lists. Support and train other regional distributors with selling and maintaining a product presence in their local assembly and stamping plants. Continue Territory Manager responsibilities as required.

Cultivate and manage sales within multiple defined territories throughout Southeastern Michigan. Identify new potential markets and customers using multiple resources. Train and mentor junior sales people. Provide training for customers on products, engineered solutions and standard industry practices. Create marketing and training materials for presentations in both new markets and existing customer base.

Work with engineering department to develop new products. Assist sales department with product demonstrations and plant tours. Build tools and troubleshoot malfunctions and/or design flaws.
