CurrentAttend client planning meetings and present plans for approval.Review project sites, take field measurements, and ensure site-plan alignment.Inventory existing products and create as-built drawings and specifications.Conduct comprehensive programming, including interviews and research.Develop and present block and space plans and stacking diagrams.Create color/finish boards and selections, gaining customer approvals.Develop finished working drawings for specification and installation, validating plans against construction and engineering drawings.Develop product specifications and ensure their alignment with plans.Assist in writing and presenting design proposals and contracts.Manage project schedules, budgets, and design task completions.Communicate project status regularly to clients and internal teams.Take responsibility for invoice and billing management.Coordinate phone, data, and computer network planning with various stakeholders.Conduct pre-installation meetings and communicate project information to relevant teams.Ensure complete and accurate transmittal of project planning data to relevant teams.Collaborate effectively with dealership sales, project management, customer service/project coordinator, and operations/installation groups.Monitor, track, and report on space and occupancy trends based on local headcount forecasting and business changes for all the clients.Lead, manage, and support the growth and future expansion for the companies.Partner with cross-functional regional teams to define short and long-term needs for new and existing sites.Lead efforts to ensure data accuracy in the CAFM system for all spaces and occupancy data.Conduct spatial analysis to maximize space utilization, including seating strategies.Champion change management for end users and create employee resources for workplace strategies.Collaborate with Workplace and MAC teams in executing move and migration plans with space allocations and occupancy data.
