VVF is one of the world’s major contract manufacturer of personal care products. Comprehensive P&L scope of responsibilities includes development of global business strategies, manufacturing networks optimization, international marketing, commercial excellence, project management, sales and business development with multinational FMCG organizations. Leveraging competencies in International Business Development and Marketing, I have significantly contributed to a pivotal initiative in developing markets for VVF-owned brands to establish VVF as a consumer packaged goods company across Africa and Middle East. I am also leading a cross functional team in developing and enacting corporate sustainability strategy.

Al Tajir Glass Industries is a leading glass container manufacturer providing packaging solutions to multinationals such as Heineken, AB-InBev, PepsiCo and Coca-Cola across Africa, Asia, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. I managed relationships with food and beverage companies such as PepsiCo, Coca Cola and Lion based across Africa, Asia and Australasia contributing to annual turnover of USD 20m. I initiated and developed business opportunities with multinationals such as AB-InBev and Heineken for glass container requirements in Europe, Africa, Asia and Australasia. As a member of the product innovation team, I was involved in developing sustainable glass packaging solutions suitable for diverse consumer and business requirements in the region. I led cross-functional commercial excellence team responsible for operations strategy and corporate planning.

Dabur is the fourth largest consumer packaged goods company in India having an annual turnover of over US$ 1 billion. As an International Marketing Manager at Dabur, I was part of a team establishing various healthcare, personal care and food products under two flagship brands in twelve countries across Asia, Africa, Australia and North America. I designed Master Brand Strategy and realigned product portfolio as per new brand architecture for range of personal care, health care and food products. I led cross-functional, international teams based in USA, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australasia to develop sourcing and distribution networks for Dabur products.
