I'm a former founder turned earliest-stage investor. I like working closely with founders from the beginning of their journey to find product-market fit. I’ve been an early-stage founder myself and have also been under the hood of dozens of startups - I’ve accumulated a wealth of knowledge and insight about the path to product market fit and scaling a company.I previously tried my hand at building a startup. We went through the AngelPad accelerator, raised a little bit of capital, and ultimately failed to find product/market fit. Lots of tough lessons learned along the way.I then founded a growth agency (Growth Pilots) to help startups solve growth and scale. We had the privilege to work closely with companies like Instacart, Zapier, Gusto, Klaviyo, HomeLight, Glassdoor, Betterment, Glowforge, Automattic, and several other leading companies - many before they had meaningful growth programs in place. We managed hundreds of millions of dollars in ad spend and created billions of dollars in value for our clients. Growth Pilots was acquired by Wpromote in 2019.At Wpromote I started the Growth & Innovation team. My team acted as a strategic partner to high-growth, high-potential startups to help them scale customer acquisition.Now I’m building 43 to invest in and work with founders at the very earliest stage to find product/market fit.
