Developed a framework that helps understand patient (customer) pathways better by providing enhanced medical services through analytical solutions. Identified key drivers of patient engagement like patient age, clinic rating, pain reported, medications taken, etc to understand the likelihood of patient engagement to FollowApp online surveys. Classification trees, SVM, Random Forest and Bagging were used to identify these drivers for each specific treatment type. These engagement probabilities were used as a benchmark for customer segmentation and thereby aiding avenues of targeted survey forms to high engagement clusters/patients.

Implemented an image processing based framework to built a platoon (vehicle group) detection and tracking algorithm in MATLAB using real time traffic video data. The study aimed towards improving road traffic conditions by reducing delays, pollution and congestion. Computer vision and unsupervised learning techniques were used to build the framework. Subsequently published a paper in IEEE called "Automated techniques for real time platoon detection and identification" (2016). The framework in still in use in India.
