Multidisciplinary professional registered and licensed Architect in both Puerto Rico and the State of Florida with more than 20 years of combined experience in Architecture, Construction Management, Pre-Construction Services, and Operations Management. Professional experience begun in Architecture working my way up from draftsman to architect in charge of several projects when in Puerto Rico. After a period changed the view of my carrier working directly on the field. Between 1995 to 2005 had several years of field experience in Site Work, Utilities and Concrete Construction, Finishes, MEP, HVAC and brings this experience to his projects with a problem-solving approach that has years of lessons learned. Experienced with all construction delivery approaches from Hard Bid, Design Build, Construction Management at Risk and RFP Presentation based selection. Worked as a General Contractor with own company, growing from project to project in size, scope, and responsibilities.
