• Support, organize and help do standardize all the Data Center infrastructure maintenance in European Globe Data Centers.
• Ensure delivery of Data Center facilities services for technical and functional (business) projects.

• Project Management
• Responsible for all projects related to the applications used within the Sales department.
• Analyze existing market surveys and define key areas of improvement, in collaboration with other teams.
• Lead the corresponding projects throughout the entire lifecycle and maintain up to date all key project information (project status, achievements, risks, open issues, …)
• Ensure an appropriate communication towards all stakeholders in terms of project decisions, progress and launch information.
• Negotiate prioritization and manage proactively conflict allocation, provide guidance for resolution.

• Work in close collaboration with the respective department’s managers as well as business users in order to ensure alignment and software integrations.
• Software portfolios management, requirements evaluation and definition (set priority levels).
• Manage application life cycle during the project (New Application Request, Documentation, Test, Upgrade, Decommission of Applications)
• Definition of distribution strategies. Performances monitoring and appliance of the necessary portfolio corrective actions when required.
• General Test Coordinator function: In charge of tests planning, test users assistance, approvals and validation of all testing results in rollout database.

I had the opportunity to go in Australia within the Knowledge Transfer Project in order to train and prepare CS Melbourne team to handover our tasks.

• Provide Service Support and foster Service Delivery processes for Incident, Change, Configuration, and Availability management. All of this is done by strongly adhering to ITIL compliant services management processes.
• Relationship management with the network provider (Equant/Orange). This involves gathering network status data and discussing any pending service issues/future required improvements.
• New CS staff member training. As a senior team player, I have had the opportunity to train new people on an ongoing basis. When special incidents occur I am available as a point of contact for the rest of the team..
• IT infrastructure monitoring for Philip Morris International and Kraft Foods using various tools, in order to analyse and diagnose alerts, plus escalate incidents.
• Make remedial actions on windows 2000 and 2003 servers & administration support (Active Directory).

• Respond, resolve and give feedback on a daily basis to requests coming through various channels (telephone, email, logged tickets or personal visits).
• Provide first level AS400 support; manage user accounts, printers, spool files, country list updates and backups.
• Offer Windows administration support (Active Directory).
• Install and configure Windows 9x, XP (for desktop users) and support Server installations/configuration.
• Configure, manage and debug network accessibility.
• Configure and manage AS400 and Windows backups.

• Intranet implementation and system load with specific customer data. Also completed maintenances of the customer data on their local database (All maintenance work done on the customer site).
• Source and build complete PCs and servers to specification (hardware).
• Installation and configuration of Microsoft course rooms. This involved the preparation and application of images with Drive Image and Ghost.
• Configuration/parameterisation of Windows based platforms.
• Weekly monitoring of customer servers and backups.
• Installation of Internet connections via modem/router involving analogue, ISDN & ADSL connectivity.
