I am deeply involved in the operational project management, whereby I create and implement new project management initiatives to drive productivity and efficiency. This includes, amongst others:- Dynamic daily analysis with Chinese stakeholders regarding overall project delivery- Analysing, identifying, and correcting weak spots and bottlenecks in process structures- Implementing overall improvement measures- Leading on weekly project updates, escalation measures, correction and risk planning- Supporting the Head of Department and respective business unit in resource and portfolio planning- Constant alignment with other departments such as Logistics, Purchasing, Marketing, Graphics, Quality Management, Graphics, Marketing, and various colleagues overseas
