Developing new interfaces and functionality for the award winning FleetWave fleet management system. This involved development for the core product along with client specific enhancements. The product is used in over 100 countries by major blue chip companies, governments and NGOs.A member of the product design team with responsibility for ensuring that new development is carried out effectively, to the required standards and without reinventing the wheel. Providing 3rd line support for more technical issues that cannot be resolved by the support department, and also internally for the US project team during project implementations.

Developing and modifying existing code for the megashare website which receives over 40000 unique visitors per day. Skills used: php, MySQL, html, css and javascript.Tasked with analysing and resolving specific site errors / suggesting and implementing improvements to increase site revenue.

Developing complex forms, powerviews, reports and workflows as part of a global system which will be used to manage the Oil & Gas compliance process for Lloyds Register.Development of workflows to automate the migration of existing business documents from their current location to newly designed project structures and apply prescribed metadata/permissions.Providing technical advise, creating scope documents and proof of concept system designs for potential new projects.

Designed and implemented complex Livelink solutions (including workflows, forms and customisations) to automate and improve business processes, resulting in cost savings, improved visibility and reliability across the business.Developed complex business reports using Oracle PL/SQL and Livereports to monitor system usage and uptake.Provided 1st line support for end users as part of go-live.Supported the team of business analysts to ensure solutions provided were technically valid.
