Hello, I am an academic with 20 years experience in the UK higher education sector. I teach Marketing at the Lancaster University Management School. In addition, I hold judicial office as Tribunal Member at the Employment Tribunals (Scotland), adjudicating on employment disputes such as discrimination, harassment, victimisation, and unlawful detriments during employment. I also teach short courses such as Social Media Marketing, Big Data Analytics & Marketing among others at the University of Edinburgh (Bayes Centre and the Centre for Open Learning). I have acted as an external examiner and advisor to leading international universities, and, provided strategic advice and consulting for companies such as JP Morgan Chase, What3Words, Fremantlemedia, Indian Hotels Company Limited and the Indian Railways, to name a few. I have research interests in creative industries management and have conducted research projects funded by the UK Research & Innovation (AHRC, ESRC) as well as the government and private sector.
