CurrentBCC is one of the top 3 banks in the country, with 1.5 million monthly active users (MAU).✧ Redesigned the login process in the mobile app by implementing a step-by-step flow, which improved the SUM by 13.2% after user research.✧ Introduced a more efficient method for collecting high-quality user feedback. We received 800+ reviews over 6 months, processed them, prioritized them, and added them to the backlog.✧ Showed the need for and completed a redesign of the largest section of online banking, which improved the SUM by 4.3% after user research.✧ Set up an onboarding process for designers, including an introduction session to smoothly integrate new designers into workflows.✧ Created a dashboard to track key product metrics by displaying all the important information in one place.✧ Implemented an internet banking onboarding process for new users and staff training using videos with voice generated by neural networks. This simplified and sped up video production several times over.✧ Regularly spoke at company-wide and review meetings within the bank.✧ Led retrospectives in the product team, collected and analyzed feedback from both the development team and business stakeholders. Started a tradition of giving books to the top-performing team members after each sprint.✧ Participated in all stages of product development: from generating hypotheses and conducting research to design. Also initiated Product Backlog Refinement meetings with development teams and tracked feature performance in production.
