CurrentResponsibilities:• Sales strategy development and implementation.• Communication and negotiations with key customers and potential clients, strategic relationship setup / maintenance.• Negotiation with key customers / potential clients.• Sales team management (30 employes) (including team professional development, KPIs program and motivation schemes implementation).• Budgeting process.• Internals account team organizing and effective cross-functional collaboration.• Distribution development (new cities, new countries), coverage improvement.• New product selling strategy development.• External communication (government, funds, etc).Achievements:• Profitability significant growth as a result of effective sales team operating and development.• Annual revenue growth (40% on average YOY).• Successful entry into a European markets (Latvia, Hungary, Italy).• Clients churn minimization as a result of effective loyalty program implementation.• N of clients increase (incl. new strategic customers)
