Overlook all corporate internal and external communications. Includes, but not limited to: Setting CC strategy, Executive management profiling, media training, manage official Social Media accounts, press junkets, corporate events, internal corporate workshops, newsletter, intranet/internet management.

• Creating communications strategies, programs, and initiatives in order to promote ADM’s various brands and groups; while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.• Developing a strategy for executive positioning including managing interviews, press training, and executive speaking engagements.• Developed the departments’ communications operations plan for 2016-2017.• Hold internal communication workshops highlighting the company’s strategic mandate. • Establish and maintain close relationships with external key stakeholders especially key media.• Develop a rigorous approach to the measurement of all marketing communications activity in order to support decisions and future plans.• Draft press materials including, but not limited to, press releases, Q&A, talking points, and media briefings.• Input on select internal communications functions, where required. •Assist in managing the design of the Group-wide brand assets (logo, print material, packaging, stationary, advertising, website, etc.) which effectively positions the Group and maximizes the value of the brand. •Assist in handling all PR in the print electronic and broadcast medium and marketing requirements ranging from interviews, corporate announcements, POS, posters, brochures, merchandising, and websites etc. •Coordinate with the Information Technology (IT) Function in managing the marketing aspects of the web services. Liaise with third parties and agencies manage web services related to the corporate brand.•Provide reports and analysis to the Group Corporate Communications Manager on the Corporate Communications and marketing initiatives as and when required.•Draft and research press releases for publishing in the print media, and for use in radio and television transmissions to obtain maximum and effective coverage of a news item.•Develop anticipated Q&A for spokesperson at a industry conference, press interview or other speaking opportunity. •Assist in preparation of the corporate newsletter•Coordination and support for corporate events•Maintain press library of images and historical milestones pertaining to coverage on ATG.
