Conducted in-depth analysis of the DVB-T OFDM Core, focusing on Fresco Microchip’s advanced RF, Mixed-Signal, and DSP architectures. Developed methods to reduce symbol timing delay for faster DVB-T signal scanning and improved algorithms to mitigate multi-path echoes in legacy broadcast formats like NTSC, PAL, and SECAM.

Developed a prototype network switch leveraging Multi-Chip Module (MCM) technology with Proximity Communication (PxC) for chip interconnects, and created a Verilog and C-based test bench to validate its functionality. Simulated and synthesized the design for an ATCA-standard board featuring Xilinx Virtex-4 FX FPGAs with integrated PowerPC processors, Ethernet, and high-speed transceivers.

Developed and patented a calibration system for digital displays that automatically corrects geometric distortions and chromatic aberrations. Designed and implemented advanced algorithms in MATLAB for feature extraction, image manipulation, and geometry transformation, including image warping and pattern recognition.

Implemented efficient test strategies, led virtualized server farm evaluations for software verification, and developed automation tools to enhance productivity.

Led a team to create a standardized parts reliability database, saving Honeywell $2.4 million annually by reducing wasted resources. Improved failure reporting processes and analyzed Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) data for Airbus and Boeing projects, streamlining interdepartmental communication and enhancing data-driven decision-making.

Developed and updated engineering documentation, including electrical schematics, and assembled and tested prototype PCBs for power distribution in mass spectrometer systems.
