Took place in operations team of the Hopi (hopi.com.tr) mobile application, one of the most used loyalty applications in Turkey.Played a key role in modernizing the existing monitoring system by migrating it to Prometheus/Grafana stack. Patched official Prometheus exporters for more detailed monitoring.Took part in moving legacy parts of the application to Kubernetes and cloud solutions. Made necessary optimizations on Kubernetes to improve the scalability and reliability of the application services.Took on tasks such as maintenance, version updates, monitoring and performance improvements of the services we manage, such as MySQL, Cassandra, Redis, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Varnish.Being on-call was one of my responsibilities for this position. I was part of the team that would take immediate action in case of any incident/outage.

Built a web panel that generates reports using NLP and machine learning to analyze data collected from mainstream social media applications.Used Python (Django) and JavaScript (React) for this project. Used distributed job queue library Celery to better track long-running NLP/ML tasks. Wrote and published a React component to facilitate the React integration of visualizing a specific algorithm we use.Installed the *Proxmox* virtualization environment on the company's physical server. Installed MongoDB, Redis and RabbitMQ services used by the application into virtual machines and did necessary maintenance chores.
