Key achievements include increasing app ratings from 1 to 4.8 stars and doubling daily and monthly active users (DAU/MAU).• Redesigned post-paywall onboarding, creating a guided roadmap to help members learn and practice WW program concepts in their first 30 days. This design resulted in a 2% increase in activation and a 2.7% lift in lesson completion.• Led design and built an experience that enabled members to track their weekly progress and trends for weight, food and water intake, and activity. This design resulted in an 80% increase in engagement compared to the previous 
'My Journey' feature it replaced.• Reimagined WW’s iconography and illustration as part of a comprehensive new design system, resulting in a 3% increase 
in food tracking, a 2% increase in activation rates, and a 1.5% increase in login rates.• Created a new feature called "What to Eat," which helped members make better food choices at home and 
in restaurants. This resulted in a 1.9% increase in login rates and a 2.4% increase in food tracking.• Branded and planned WW offsites and tech summits to foster team collaboration and culture.

Shipped product experiences with a focus on UI, visual, and brand design.•Designed and built a new retail iPad app for WW Workshops that streamlined the in-person experience, facilitated programming, and drove sales.- Launched and iterated on 5 core feature areas of Studio App.- Piloted the product in two markets and fully rolled out to all ~300 WW Coaches in one market, serving thousands 
of workshops.- Received pre-MVP ratings of 4.3/5 and 4.6/5 from WW Coaches on ease of use and confidence using the app, respectively, along with positive qualitative feedback.• Elevated the activity and food tracking experience to reduce friction and cognitive load. • Designed and built a new Wellness Experience that provided members with a weekly check in, progress report, goal reflection, and action plan. • Contributed to a complete brand overhaul, including positioning and creative direction that considered all touch points, physical and digital.
