Leading the Healthcare ERP practice with a focus on enterprise program management, governance, and business process improvement. Role is typically leading an implementation team or teams as a member of the Program Management Office (PMO).

Led the enterprise implementation of API Healthcare Time and Attendance and Staff Scheduling solutions for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center's 17,000+ employees. This project included integration with MSK's Workday system, business process improvements, training and communication. Created and staffed the division's first Change Management practice. Through regular meetings and training this team has created a network of more than 75 change management leaders representing staff across the enterprise. As Project Manager, led the enterprise-wide Success Factors-based performance appraisal system update. This project required upgrades to MSK's ePerformance system, related communications and user training.

Managed Global Professional Services practice. Led multiple simultaneous North American, European and Global large scale, multi-site workforce management (time and attendance / scheduling) software and data collection implementation projects. Proven success in satisfying customers and delivering on-time, on-budget projects, in aggregate serving more than 600,000 employees. Note: Kronos acquired TimeLink in 2013.
