The Humanitarian Wing is committed to the advocacy of refugee rights, through awareness building and collaborations with other like-minded associations such as the AFR (Advocations For Refugees) and Open University Initiative. We also reach out to transiting refugee communities that are located in the Southeast Asian region to provide language and work skills training.

Worked as a customer service provider for the above-mentioned new start - up Bistro.It was a new collaborative initiative with Samsung that aimed to revolutionize customer service by assisting customers to use tablets to place their orders and the cameras attached to the tables to capture the moments in the Bistro and send it for display on a projector screen. Being a part of this initiative allowed the opportunity to innovate the modes of providing customer service and countering problems with immediate solutions.
