Current- Sourcing and screening the resumes according to the requirements. Establish and manage relationships with recruitment vendor’s efficient search, and evaluation of candidates for the requirements based on skills.
- Responsible for sourcing Resumes, Technical screening and negotiating rates with vendors scheduling interviews and getting in touch with the consultant until he starts with the project.
- Negotiating with the consultants/Vendors on different contract terms like Corp to Corp,1099 and W2contract
- For sourcing the candidate I used to send the mails Unless I will get the good consultants
- Keeping track of responses for the short listing of profiles
- Working on the replacements in case the candidate fails the performance
