I founded Veeve, inspired by Amazon Go's seamless shopping experience, to extend this technology to retailers worldwide. I spearheaded the development of innovative computer vision-enabled hardware, achieving instant product recognition and seamless in-store checkout using visual positioning systems (VPS). My leadership skills drove the formation of a multidisciplinary team spanning engineering, product development, operations, sales, finance, and marketing. I oversaw the deployment of our devices across multiple stores globally and successfully secured funding from leading Silicon Valley investors. I focused on cultivating a customer-centric culture, prioritizing operational excellence and an elevated customer experience, while refining our product-market fit and pricing strategy to build strong relationships with enterprise clients.

Amazon/Alexa Identity - I led the development of a geo-fence & location Authentication & Authorization services platform, with the goal of positioning Alexa as an identity provider. The platform aimed to leverage over 150 million authenticated Amazon accounts, empowering them to grant permissions to third-party Alexa skills, thereby enhancing the CX. This endeavor entailed setting the strategic vision through user research and collaboration with third-party Alexa skill providers. Leading a team of 8 product managers, UX designers, and BI engineers, I oversaw the creation of the ultimate mobile and voice experiences.

Amazon Identity & Payments - I led the conception, execution, and launch of Login with Amazon, collaborating across departments including Payments, Alexa, App Store, Dash, and AWS. I developed the product vision, managed the roadmap, and prioritized features. Responsibilities included financial analysis, UX design, A/B testing, and go-to-market strategy. Our launch of 'Login and Pay with Amazon' and 'Buy with Prime' opened new sales channels, generating new revenue for Payments and Fulfillment teams.

Retail Division - I directed the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Amazon Home Services, a third-party marketplace connecting service providers with Amazon customers. Beyond building the platform, I vetted and onboarded initial service providers, automating onboarding to reduce time from 10 to 1 day. I formulated a go-to-market strategy and collaborated with finance to develop a competitive pricing strategy. Amazon Home Services generated $250M+ revenue with +1K onboarded providers. Additionally, I pursued partnerships, negotiating contracts to advance our goals.

Creator and designer of the awards-winning hyper-local mobile app NYC Way. This app aggregates NYC public data like subway directions, live traffic cameras, and crime activity into one place, making it accessible for NYC tourists and residents. Ranked as the top 25 free apps on the Apple AppStore (in 2009) and later acquired by BMW Interactive.
