I've been in hospitality/F&B/fine dining for over 25 years. I am skilled in fine dining and hospitality. I put my heart and soul into these events to ensure each one will go off without a hitch. I am an extremely skilled bartender working with guests in a sports bar environment, fine dining, weddings and corporate events. I have coordinated many weddings when employed at CastlePost, as well as, events for private parties, rehearsal dinners and corporate events. I have managed these events from start to finish. I am an ordained officiant and love performing ceremonies and love watching the day of someones dreams come to fruition. I've also spent well over 30 years in an office setting. Managed a security and fire alarm business for 25 years, a physical therapy office (medical), headache clinic (medical), and an online sports merchandising company whose sales I doubled every year for seven years (until covid). Many office duties I have been fluent in performing include medical billing (the entire process), EMR integration, Microsoft Office 360, Alarm Software, Quickbooks, Micros POS, Clover POS, recurring billing for security customers, interpersonal relations with customers/patients/guests, timely preparation and execution for small intimate events to lavish weddings in excess of 300 guests, and so much more. Communication is key in every environment. I believe in teamwork and all included should be on the same page with tasks at hand. I love people and working with them and can develop an almost instant rapport with anyone. Quick thinking on the go and the ability to be fluid are qualities required for planning and coordinating events. Good news or bad news can be delivered with a smile and a caring hand as sometimes things go awry and adjustments have to be made.
