I was the Editor-in-chief for the leading American-based dance music Website, EDMTunes. I am responsible for assisting in the direction and content of one of the most influential sources for dance music and related materials in the United States market. I also am play the primary role in shoring up and forming EDMTune's increasing focus on the underground house music sector (tech house, future house, deep house, techno, tropical house, etc), and A&R efforts for the site via my InDeep Events initiatives. - Manage a staff of 30+ writers at any given time into one coherent force that is able to put out one of the most respected EDM-centered online publications in the country- Completely re-hauled the top-down process for how we find, write, and edit content as an organization.- Directed the stream lining of what we as editors wanted from the writers, which in turn lead to higher productivity and more coherent front pages with regards to content that was relevant to our readers.- Lead the hiring process of new intern writers in such a way as to raise the overall quality level of the writing and the content. Today, EDMTunes writers, and therefore, articles are as professional, educated, and knowledgeable as ever due to these initiatives. - Spearheaded EDMTune's forays into the traditional house music market via weekly "Rabbit Hole/ InDeep Sessions" playlists that feature the most cutting edge and new material that the sub-genres have to offer. Now, with EDMTunes partnership with my InDeep Events initiative, EDMTunes visibly offers the most underground house content of any major 'EDM' online publication in the U.S. - Sorts constant new music, artists, press release, and news to feature and expose on EDMTunes blog.

These were presented to potential clients in brief meetings in such a manner as to help them decide what products could improve their well-being and long term financial stability.
