I am an associate in the Investigations & White Collar Defense practice of Paul Hastings and am based in the firm's New York office. My practice specializes in accounting and anti-bribery / anti-corruption investigations, compliance enhancement matters, and transition due diligence focusing on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), anti-money laundering, and sanctions issues. I bring expertise to disputes and regulatory matters involving accounting fraud or irregularities, having started my career as a Certified Public Accountant in the external audit group at a multinational accounting firm.I formerly practiced in the Sydney, Australia office of a multinational law firm, specializing in anti-bribery and anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance program enhancement matters and transaction due diligence involving similar issues in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to that, I practiced at a multinational law firm in New York, where my practice was primarily split between investigations (regulatory, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, and securities), and complex commercial civil litigation. From 2015 until 2017, I served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the chambers of the Honorable Judge Louis L. Stanton in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
