As a board-certified construction lawyer with nearly two decades of experience, I am passionate about helping clients in the construction industry identify and manage risks, navigate complex legal matters, and achieve their business objectives. My practice focuses on representing general contractors, subcontractors, sureties, and real estate owners/developers in a wide array of construction disputes.Prior to joining Rothberg Shurtleff Dang PLLC, I served as the Chief Legal Officer of Osburn Contractors, LLC, a leading builder of big-box, industrial structures, large-scale paving projects, and complex, multistory tilt-wall buildings. This experience has given me invaluable insights into the day-to-day operations and challenges of construction companies, which I leverage to provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions to my clients.I am deeply committed to advancing the construction industry and have taken on several leadership roles to support this mission. I am the co-founder and co-host of the 17Twenty leadership podcast, which ranks in the top 5% globally. I have also served on the board of directors for TEXO, The Construction Association where I was honored as the Young Constructor of the Year by TEXO's Young Constructors Council for my extensive involvement in initiatives that grew membership and reimagined programming, and with a “Tip of the Hardhart” award for my industry leadership with 17Twenty.
