This includes mapping out current state processes and designing future state processes • Continuous Improvement Integration: Integrating Continuous Improvement principles into everyday operations. This involves not only identifying improvement opportunities but also actively participating in the development and execution of improvement plans.• Change Management: Assisting in the implementation of changes by addressing resistance, communicating effectively, and ensuring that the workforce is adequately prepared for new processes.• Benchmarked against industry standards, developed and deployed the Lean Continuous Improvement maturity levels, roadmap, and criteria for Oman LNG (based on 4A-6 Model Awareness, Adopt, Advocate, Advanced)
