Provided management, operational startup, technology/process engineering/re-engineering, marketing, business development, strategic planning, and overall business unit leadership. Recruited, developed, and managed an eastern region sales and operations team of more than 360 people. This team sold and operated a portfolio of multi-site, multi-city customer accounts and developed well-earned reputation for its operational execution, effectiveness, responsiveness, and customer service.
