Stefan is a psychologist and a human resources manager who combines his passion for cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy (CBT) and data analysis to support individual and organizational development. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Niš and is currently pursuing his education in CBT from the Serbian Association for Behaviour and Cognitive Psychotherapy.As the HR Manager at No-Hassle Digital, a leading digital marketing agency, he was responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new employees, creating job descriptions and competency questionnaires, managing and resolving interpersonal conflicts, providing soft skills support and coaching, and creating new roles and career advancement systems. He also planned and organized team building activities and conducted feedback and exit interviews. He contributed to the growth and retention of the talent pool, as well as the improvement of the work culture and environment. He leveraged his CBT skills to empower and motivate the employees, as well as to help them cope with stress and challenges.
